Homassassa Wildlife Park family trip

So today me and the family took a trip to Homassassa wildlife park to see some animals and to have some fun together...
And the show begins .. We live in Florida.. So gators are a big item here.. People freak out over them but seriously they are pretty chill.. Sleeping in the sun..

Then we have manatees or sea cow.. It looks like a giant floating turd... It's a mammal.. And it's really fat.. Not much to them...

Then we have snakes.. And boy do we have some and a lot of them you don't want to mess with... Canebrakes.. Cottonmouths ... And rattlers.. Oh boy... All venomous..

But then we have beautiful animals like eagles

And owls...

And then there is Lou... The African hippo that was part of this zoo since the late 70's .. He is 58 and has been made a citizen of Florida.. Crazy huh... If you want know why.. Look it up..

Then we got to the underwater observatory.. Water was cloudy today so we didn't see much there

And we even seen a bear ass ...

By the end we all had a good time and were tired so we rode the tram back to the van..
Nice place to see if you are in the area.. Not real pricey like some places.. Little busy during the summer... We were all there for under 100 dollars and had food and drinks too..
