Sometimes I need a help to lift too.
How do you enjoy your fitness? I like to use my fitness on new tricks: like gymnastics, new yoga stretches. Or just trying learning new skills. It is funny when you find out that you can do a simply new trick that you have never been able to do.
Today's reps were made of:
3-Position clean
Power jerk + jerk
Clean Deadlift
Total reps with a warm up 290 reps

Did you have a mouthguard in to protect your teeth? Or was that a 2.5 pound weight to make the exercise more difficult.
