Not everything is forever
and reality makes us see the opposite,
nothing can last forever,
there is no such thing as immortality.
That beautiful feeling was born very soon,
I never thought I'd die fast too,
was like the light of a candle,
that the wind blew and took away.
Just as the moon shines next to the stars,
is hidden in a short time from the sky,
giving way to that beautiful sun,
that illuminates every corner and path.
There were several years at his side,
but now that you're not feeling early,
as if time wasn't enough,
a lot of memories to your side I had to build.
Time passes and I see you grow,
life judges me in this old age,
you turn your back on me with that sad farewell,
insinuating destiny that this is the law of life.
I saw you walk through that open door,
running to life to beat time,
leaving behind all your memories,
wanting moments like this old man.
Between life and death there is only one path,
to live moments or pay for them,
to reflect on lament or gratitude,
that which we cry out for is time.
That reminds me many times,
that nothing is forever,
time flies with oblivion,
and the present moment is the best memory.
