Baked Chicken

Ingredients;

  1. 1 fryer chicken, cut up,

  2. 2 tablespoons of butter,

  1. 1 package instant scalloped potatoes,
  1. 1 medium onion, chopped,
  1. 1 cup of milk,
  1. 3/4 cup of water,
  1. Salt and pepper.

Directions;

  1. Brown chicken in butter then arrange in a baking dish.
  1. Arrange dried scalloped potatoes around the chicken and sprinkled content of seasoning packet over all.
  1. Lay onion slices on top.
  1. Combine milk and water and pour over top.
  1. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, cover and bake for 1/2 hours to 350 degrees.
