My Actifit Report Card: May 8 2020
Hello everyone, #High-5-Friday 🙌 and welcome to my fitness report.
So, today woke up at 10 before 7 this morning and did my warmup exercises at 7:15 then off walking around the neighborhood at 8:20. The weather was getting warmer now, summer is on the air. And it was a bit windy and thanks for that it made my walk more at ease and comfy.
Returned home just before 10 am rested and fixed a little breakfast. Then watched the news and later a show on Netflix.
Visited a friend at noon; chatted then together strolled in the park enjoying nature under the sun and towering trees. Enjoying the scenery at the park.
Continued going to metropolitan market and stopping by Starbucks grabbing cold ice drinks to quench out thirst as we walked on the lanes passing downtown.
Overall, the whole day event was fantastic and enjoyed outing together around town. It was a great day.
