A PAGE A DAY/ cada día una página de mi libreta.(ENG/ESP) #68

Dear Steemians!
Here is day 68 of publishing a page of my diaries. This one is from 2003.
This time it´s a text where I was trying to define my creative process. It´s in spanish and says something like this:
"The canvas is white and I might have more than one waiting to be touched by a wide paint brush. Each one will take on a different personality depending on the random shapes that appear on it, now they are waiting to be defined with a smaller paint brush.
Then I get to a moment when I need to be alone and look at the various options and choose the one to start playing on. I relax letting shapes develop while my mind is tossing and turning an issue that I want to understand, usually some philosophical or existential question. My body is entertained drawing and it doesn´t need my brain actively for it. This process ends when either my mind has found a possible solution to that question or has come to a brick wall and can´t go any further.
So when I look at the painting at this point I suddenly find it´s taken on a life of its own.It has a more defined personality. So I look at it It comes from me but without my control and I look at it as information that I can read. I ask it things like Who are you? What do you want to tell me? what is your message? what do I have to discover in you? I observe it and find parts that I might be able to give meaning to. This is how I get to discover the beings that come from my mind but I don´t know till I interact with them. They come from the freedom I give myself to let them come to life. what shape do you want to have? what do you want to tell me... and so the paintings tell me."
So this is what I wrote that day back in 2003. I feel my process is basically the same twenty years later. It´s my fascination to be surprised by ones own art that keeps me going.

Aquí está la publicación número 68 y corresponde al año 2003. Esta vez es una hoja que los que leéis en español podéis leer sin problema. Ahora, 20 años más tarde encuentro que mi proceso creativo no ha cambiado. Que curioso. Me encanta seguir sorprendiéndome de lo desconocido.

Mi reto será compartir una página diaria.
No van en orden cronológico, van siendo publicados según los encuentro y me apetece compartir.

Might I add... this is content that has never been shared digitally ever before. I´m happy to have it in the blockchain.

Y me permito añadir un detalle, este contenido es la primera vez que se digitaliza y comparte. Quedo satisfecha de meterlo en el Blockchain.
