2.Temperature Control:

Broiler chickens are sensitive to temperature. Especially during winter, it’s essential to keep them warm using heaters or lamps. In summer, ensure there is proper ventilation for cooling.

3.Food and Water Supply:

To ensure fast growth, broiler chickens need a protein-rich diet. Along with commercial feed, you can also provide local food like corn, wheat, or rice bran. They should always have access to clean and fresh water.

4.Health Care:

Broiler chickens can suffer from various diseases, especially respiratory issues or infections. Regular vaccinations and medical care are crucial. If necessary, consult a veterinarian.

5.Cleanliness:

It’s important to regularly clean the chicken coop. Unclean environments can lead to the spread of diseases. Ideally, clean the coop or enclosure at least once a week.

6.Business Opportunity:

If you want to turn this hobby into a small business, consider the local market demand for broiler chickens. Initially, it's a good idea to start with a limited number of chickens to gain experience.

By keeping these points in mind, you can successfully raise broiler chickens as a hobby.

Jhal Muri

Jhalmuri is a popular street food, especially in Bangladesh and West Bengal, India. It is primarily made from puffed rice and mixed with various spices, oil, onions, coriander, tomatoes, green chilies, and lemon juice.

Packaged jhalmuri has become especially popular in urban areas or during travel because it is convenient to carry and quick to eat. The jhalmuri in packets is often pre-prepared and sold with a mix of spices and ingredients. Sometimes small packets of lemon, green chilies, or tomatoes are provided separately so that the customer can mix the spices according to their taste.

Some advantages of packaged jhalmuri:

1.Portability: Easy to carry around in a packet.

2.Quick to serve: Saves time and provides a quick meal option.

3.Healthy ingredients: The contents are usually fresh and clean.

However, as a packaged snack, it may have some limitations, such as losing flavor if kept for too long, and some packets might contain preservatives, making it less healthy compared to freshly prepared jhalmuri.
