This Elemental and Primeval Masterpiece for $100, or Free in Exchange for a Two-minute Video Interview 2026. Oil on loose canvas, 21 x 23"

This week I came up with another idea to acquire video interview footage for my (our) Free Art Frees Art movie. Unlike “the movement’s” founder and chief, @jompiy in Camden Town, I am lacking a busy thoroughfare to entice people over to the artist side of the street. There will be times when I set up in random places in my small town, or travel to nearby cities to give away my art. But there’s just no way I can move stuff without more society, especially when it’s such a chore just to give your art away. Which reminds me of a Bob Dylan lyric I might have posted here before:

I'm tryin' to feed my soul with thought
Gonna sleep off the rest of the day
Sometimes no one wants what you've got
Sometimes you can't give it away

So, on social media I’ll offer a choice in ways to acuire one of my paintings—$100, or a two minute video interview. At least then my choice work will hold some value, and not end up being laid out and left helter skelter. Or, more likely, dumpstered with the lot sometime during the next decade.

Trolling the Green Bear of Ēostre for $100, or Free in Exchange for a Two-minute Video Interview 2026. Oil on loose canvas, 24 x 21"

Today My Granddaughter Got Two Shy Hippos to Become Friends for a $100, or Free in Exchange for a Video Interview 2026. Acrylic on paper. 18 x 24"

Yes, that sick, twisted killer is the faux-president of a pretend multi-trillion dollar economy with real Armageddon military might. Our grandchildren would feed him to the hippos if we didn’t lock their worlds up in lemon and lavender.

Finally, Slumpu (Ron Throop) will die at 8:00 p.m. on Black Friday (November 27), 2054. It freaks me out a little, but it’s the truth.

Funny, in the first one the orange looks like a cat.

If it comes to the text surrounding the hippos... I thought he said "I bomb you back to the stone age where you belong (said the caveman).

I assume it's more difficult to give away in a small village and Bob Dylan is right. We only miss what we don't have.

If it comes to Ēostre...the green is a frog and the pink a pig, both meat, both been eaten during Eastern.

• I love cats! Probably subconscious abstracting:)
• Yes, the caveman said that too, in another tweet-tweet.
• Up until very recently, the Camden Market Free Art Man (@jompiy) could have a difficult time giving away his art on the streets of London, a city of 10 million. I think he’s in his groove now, and will be famous within the year.
• People eat frogs for Easter?
