It is an economic preparation, easy and very delicious. Perfect to prepare and taste at lunch or dinner.

You will surely love them as much as my family and me.

Next, the ingredients you use and the manufacturing process:

Ingredients:
  • 2 sardines canned in tomato, 1 kilo of rice, 10 colored peppers, 1/4 coriander, 1/4 chives, 3 lemons, 3 teaspoons of vegetable oil and water.

  • Condiments: 3 teaspoons of garlic sauce, 2 teaspoons of marinade and salt to taste.

Elaboration process:

Step 1

We wash and cut into small cuts all vegetables: (chili peppers, coriander onions)

We light the stove: and place a pan on low heat with 3 teaspoons of vegetable oil, when this is hot we will add the cut vegetables, after 5 minutes, the vegetables will release their juices.

We are going to season the vegetables with the garlic sauce, the marinade and the salt, and stir with the wooden palette. We let the vegetables continue their cooking process for 5 minutes, until they are completely soft.

Step 3

In another kitchen burner place a saucepan over medium low heat and add 3 rice, for each cup of rice we add 3 cups of water and 2 teaspoons of salt, move with the wooden pallet and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Step 4
Open our sardine cans, and add it in the spring with the vegetables already cooked and seasoned, stir with the wooden palette, mixing the sardine with the vegetables, after 5 minutes add the sumo of the 3 lemons to the mixture, mix and We put out the fire, obtaining a canned sardine stew.

After 7 minutes the rice will start to boil, it is time to add the mixture (the sardine stew) and stir immediately and with the wooden palette leaving it to continue cooking for 20 minutes over low heat.

Our rice is ready to serve and can be enjoyed by family or friends. This dish can be accompanied with cassava and its respective touch of lemon.
