NO COMPARISON IN CHALLENGES

Countless times we have been told to learn to deal with our challenges and problems and never to compare other persons problem to ours. Seeing other people's challenges as a bigger and complicated one than yours does not make yours disappear, deal with your problem and leave that of others.
Do not use Mr A's problem as a yardstick to measure your own. His problem does not automatically reduce your own pain,do not use the situations of others as an excuse not to fix your own.

For example, eating meat once in a while is not healthy for you but seeing your friend addicted to eating meat all the time while aware of how risky it is to his/her health does not give you the liability to continuously do the same while saying your friend's problem is more complicated than yours. It's more worse than mine is not an excuse not to stop. This does not give you the avenue to continue eating yours even though you know it's wrong.

We count our blessings and down moments in comparison to others. "Yes I am broke but I am not in a financial mess like Mr B." In life it is important we address challenges independent of what happens in others lives. Your life is better than your neighbour's does not mean it's perfect, fix your problems. Having challenges is not a race or competition. Fix your problem and not show how good your life is compared to your counterpart.

Comparison is a pathway to jealousy and enmity, living life at an examples of others and letting your problem fester like a sore is a shame. Thinking you do not need to fix it because its not broken does not ,ean it is not spoilt. Check your life on the daily and see what needs to be done without waiting on others with the same problem as yours.

Correct how much you also make use of this in your daily life and prayer. Thanking God for how sweet your life is and not as sour like others is wrong. Thank him for your own and leave others out of it. Be grateful always without the comparison.

Sage words @Rubaet, this line caught my attention...

Do not use Mr A's problem as a yardstick to measure your own.

It's very ideal not to compare ourselves or problems with that of others, reason being, we might not really know what that person passed through to achieve that and vice versa.

Nice article man, followed!
