Effective Tip To Boost Your Immune System
Tip To Boost Immunity
Hello, friends and welcome to my healthy steem post discussing Effective Tip To help Boost our Immune System. This is my contribution to the writing contest organized by @suboohi in the healthy steem community.
The body's immunity is the body's natural defence mechanism against anything that could be harmful, especially, bacteria, viruses, fungus and other foreign elements.
The immune system is the body's army, which defends the body against any foreign invaders.

A well-founded, trained and equipped military will provide better protection in the event of foreign invasion. Likewise, a well-trained and maintained immune system will respond and neutralise the invasion.
We need a good budget and training to support the military. How do we get the body's immune system better prepared to defend us against foreign elements?
Include your immune system in your budget
We also need a strong budget to build a good and robust immune system for ourselves and our families.
We need to invest in our immune health by:
Allocating resources
Spend more money on nutrient-rich foods and food supplements. Eat healthy by prioritizing vitamin C rich fruits like oranges, pawpaw, star apples bananas etc. Also eat plenty of vegetables like carrots, broccoli, sweet potatoes, spinach, fluted pumpkin leaf and green. This should be combined with whole grains, proteins, carbohydrates and healthy fats.

Making smart choices
Choosing unprocessed natural foods over processed and sugary fast foods. Drink a lot of water to stay hydrated every day. Choose an active lifestyle and job over one that is sedentary which calls for regular aerobic exercises.
Avoiding immune-draining habits
You will have a better immune system if you can totally avoiding any habits that are immune-draining resulting in bad effects on your immune system, habits such as smoking, excessive drinking, unprotected sex and poor sleeping habits.
Practice good hygiene
Keep your body and your surroundings clean, and regularly practice hand washing using plenty or running water, especially during cold and flu season. Keep your clothes clean and also keep food items clean.
Stay up-to-date with vaccinations
Consult with a healthcare professional to make sure you are current on all recommended vaccinations for people in your area.

Summary for a cost-effective way to boost immunity:
Eat a balanced diet that is focused on whole and nutrient-rich foods, drink plenty of water throughout the day and engage in aerobic exercise regularly for at least 30 minutes per day. And make sure you have enough sleep for 7-9 hours per night.
Keep your stress levels low at all time. Stay clean and follow up with vaccinations for your area.
When we intentionally invest in our immune health and making smart lifestyle choices, we can build a very robust defence system that will protects us from illness and disease.
