Lets Eat: Hanging Rice and Lechon
Lets Eat! Hanging rice and lechon. Hanging rice is commonly called puso. It is rice wrapped and boiled in a triangular casing made from woven coconut leaves. Lechon is a Spanish word referring to a roasted suckling pig. It is one of the popular food in the Philippines. The dish is cooked over charcoal. I really like the lechon skin because it is very crispy and tasty.
