Adriana, who had been sitting in the waiting chair, was anxious and restless, her heart was restless waiting for news from the doctor. Her father was on the operating table because his wound was infected. Her father had diabetes and was difficult to cure. Her father had been treated for a long time and the results had not improved.

She was waiting alone, there was no other family because she only lived with her father. Her mother had left them when their condition worsened. Adriana always looked after and cared for her father every day, she worked and also always cared for him so that he would be a dutiful child to his parents.

Even though Adriana was already in her thirties and not yet married, she was still alone and still thinking about her sickly father. She had decided to get married if her future husband was willing and sincere to accept her father. She didn't want her father to live alone and no one to take care of him if she got married. She just wanted to make the person she loved happy for the last time, because her father was the only one she had now.

In the last year, her father had lost one leg because it had to be amputated, his wound was getting worse. Every day Adriana always shows a loving smile to her father, she always encourages her father that he will recover one day. Her father has given up and told his son to make himself happy, he does not want to be a burden to his son.

Adriana firmly always does not want to leave her father and wants to always be with him until death separates them.

After almost an hour of waiting, finally the doctor wearing a green shirt came out of the room and went to his daughter. He said that the operation went smoothly. How happy he was and he was grateful because his father could still enjoy the world with him and would live his days as usual.
