Essentially it's a coin toss, that will flip flop depending on what BTC.TOP does, which depends on profitability. With the plurality of hashing power alternating between these two blockchains, it is likely that both will survive.
With both blockchains vying for dominance, they could split the current value of BTC and segwit2x futures 50/50. In this scenario, with segwit2X futures [source] currently at 18.7% of BTC and a fraction of the market cap, BTC will shed nearly 50% value over to B2X.
There is no free coin!
I mean, sure you get B2X 1:1 for every BTC, but the overall combined value is not going to increase due to the fork. It may increase due to other reasons (crypto is awesome!! the future!! yay!!), but this fork is not the cause.
