Dhal Curry Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg of reinforced goat meat
- 125 gr Green beans (soak 1 night, peel the skin)
- 4 Potatoes
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Eggplant (halved, cut)
- 2 Tomatoes (split into 4)
- 5 green chili
- 4 stems Curry leaves
- 2 Grains of Acid
- 1 cup Water (to soak acid)
- To taste salt
- 600 ml Water if less can be added sufficiently
- 2 instant Sachet Santan
- 3 Vegetablespoon spice base Gingger Garlic
- 4 Chili Red
- 1 forefinger Turmeric
- 3 Tablespoon of Masala Salt Powder Spice
Steps
Take seasoning Gingger Garlic paste stir-fry with goat meat to change color.

Blend the red pepper and turmeric spice powder and put a little water on the stew of meat until the meat is half-cooked if necessary add water.
Pour the coconut milk and a little water then put salt in peeled green beans.

After the mature green beans, put the potatoes and carrots and curry leaves after both are almost tender to put eggplant, tomato and green chilli, boiled water water until all cooked, taste test to taste enough salt acid.
