Chocolate glazed dried fruit dessert

I can be called a collector of desserts.
On this day, the story began with a cup of coffee with ice cream.
They brought me a small dessert for coffee. When I asked : "What is this?" received a very simple answer: the dessert was made by our pastry chef and there is no sugar in it, it is made of dried fruits

It looked like a chocolate nut and was the same size.

When I pressed lightly with a spoon, a crunch was heard to my surprise. Under the chocolate shell was a delicate pulp of mashed dried fruits.

Such surprises please, especially when you don't expect anything special from chocolate candy.
