Today I would like to look at Proverbs 16 verse 23
23)The heart of the wise teaches his mouth,
And adds learning to his lips.
Some other translations, say the wise think before they speak, but what lives in your heart will come out in what you say. It is worthwhile to listen to the wise, as you can learn from them.
