Sometimes allergy can be very do dangerous, it can not prevent if we delay in treatment. It occurred when immune system reacts to harmless substances. The most common types of allergies are;
- Food allergies (nuts, dairy, eggs).
- Seasonal allergies (pollen, grass, flowers).
- Pet allergies (fur, dander, saliva).
- Dust and mold allergies(dust mites and mold spores).
- Skin allergies( soaps, perfumes or fabrics).
What are the three symptoms of allergies explain it. |

Allergy has different causes and symptoms, three most symptoms are:
Sneezing and Runny Nose:
Allergy can cause irritation in the nose, it lead to sneezing, itching and a runny or blocked nose. It is common in pollen and dust allergies.
Skin Reactions:
Somerime allergy caused to rashes, redness and itching on the skin. It can be from allergens items like soaps or fabrics of allergen.
Breathing Issues:
Symptoms of allergy are wheezing, coughing and shortness of breath in asthma patient. When airways get inflammation, it happens.
How to prevent allergies? |

In my knowledge, allergy can prevent in different ways like:
- By avoid allergens, we can prevent allergy. Stay far from foods, pets, or substances that can allergies.
- We try to keep our home clean on daily basis to remove dust, mold and pet dander.
- Hand washing properly can prevent from allergy.
- Wear a mask is very important to prevent allergy. It is very useful during pollen season.
- Try to keep windows close to prevent allergy.
- Taking proper allergy medicines can prevent allergy. We should use antihistamines or nasal sprays for prevent reactions.
- Change clothes after going outside, it can be pollen stick to clothes and hair.
- Using healthy diet to make immune system strong can prevent allergy reaction.

The difference between allergy and cold are:
