Personally I would like to see a anti tamper sticker on all hardware wallets and a simple guide on how to run a check sum on the firmware to verify the integrity of the software.

This is not the first time I have heard of these type of attacks and next time it might affect the supply chain and not be second hand devices bought of ebay.
