Morning Time

I woke up at 7:40 AM. It is very difficult to wake up early in the morning after sehri. Still I have to wake up in the morning to join work. After waking up I freshened up and dressed in good clothes. Then I left for office. It took me about 10 minutes to reach office. After reaching office I got up and focused on my work.

Office Time

After coming to the office I focused on work. Today my factory is closed. So I have to do the maintenance work of electrical various machines. So I prepared the work schedule and got down to work.

Working Time

This motor has a gear box problem. To solve this gear box problem, I need to separate the motor from the gear box. Therefore, I opened the connection of the motor and removed the motor. Two other colleagues helped me in this work. It made my work easier.

Now I am working on a 225 KW inverter drive maintenance. To do this, I removed the drive cover. Then I cleaned the small components of the driver card with a cotton brush. At the same time, I blew the air with a hand blower. This removed the accumulated dust.

I cleaned the busbars incomer with thinner. If the dust accumulates on the busbar, the connectivity is reduced. This can damage the machine. So I did these things to protect the inverter drive from damage. This will make my machine more durable and my production will not be damaged.

Trailing machine & Taking Ifatr Time

After finishing the maintenance work, I am giving the machine trial. At this time I fell asleep at the time of Iftar. So I finished Iftar while working. I have fasted all day so there is no chance to finish Iftar late. I have to finish Iftar as soon as it is time. So I finished Iftar while working.

Home Time

After a busy day I come back home. After coming back home I take bath first. Then I give time to my son and daughter. This is the time they eagerly wait for. So every day I come back home and spend some quality time with them. Then I have dinner and get ready for bed.
