The Diary Game | First Diary Entry | 39th Steemit Post
Hello friends, good evening and wish you all a very happy BIHU/ MAKAR SANKRANTI/ PONGAL/ LOHRI😊. I see so many people are writing diary posts on a regular basis, and the those are indeed very interesting to read. That's why I have also decided to do my very first diary entry with this post!
I woke up very early today and somehow managed to take shower in this chilling cold😅. Then had some breakfast and quickly took my car out and started heading towards Guwahati, the capital city of my state. I reached Guwahati at 9 am and directly went to the Nissan showroom located in the Express Highway. The servicing of my car had been pending for sometime and I fixed today's date for it.
After handing over my car to them I had to wait at the lounge for around 2 and a half hours. They gave me coffee and snacks during that time. In between, I also came outside to a nearby dhaba to have a light meal.
After servicing was done, I went to my flat, parked my car there and took a cab to the railway station. I boarded a train to New Jalpaiguri (NJP) at around 12:30 pm. It took 6 hours to reach NJP.
From NJP station I again took a cab to my rented accomodation. I informed my colleagues on the way and they came to see me after I reached. It was very pleasing to meet them after almost a year's gap. All old memories feshened up! Because of the Covid-19 outbreak we all shifted to our homes in March 2020 and had been working from home since then.
We hanged around for sometime and then we dined together at the canteen. The food was simple yet very tasty and nutritious. Finally they left a few minutes back and I think I'll go to bed now. I am badly tired🥺Goodnight
