This is the longest bodied damselfly I have ever seen and when it flies it has gold circles at the tip of each wing that make its flight look like a heavenly being of sort kind. It is hard to describe but it is totally magical to see.

In photography one of my favourite things is to capture reflections in raindrops

This is the bark of the Bursera simaruba or copperwood tree. It has medicinal uses and is of ecological importance being the most wind and hurricane resistant tree there is. Branches are used to make fences as they root easily and grow fast. The resin is used to make glue, incense and varnish and can also cure gout. The leaves are infused into a healing tea.
