Is There a Way to Get Notified When Your favourite Steemians Post?

Hi all,    
Hoping someone will know if there is an app that enables you to favourite some of the people you follow so you can get instant notifications when they post?    
Is there such a thing? [@exyle, can we add it to steemify?]   
If not, I need it. Can someone decide it is a great idea and create it?
