ColorChallenge - SundayPurple - Groovilicious

My friend Lori had a lovely clematis vine creeping over her backyard fence so she took a few pictures and sent them to me for the purposes of being turned into a pattern. So, I feverishly got to work!
The result reminded me of some of those crazy designs of the late 60's, early 70's. I could see this printed on fabric, made into a dress...throw in some white go-go boots and voila...Groovilicious!
I am so thankful that I have people in my life who encourage and support my creativity!!!

Thanks! I have recently started a portfolio on Redbubble, a company that prints your designs on a variety of products...a cute little a-line dress is one of the items. This pattern on that dress reminds of "Laugh In"; do you remember that show? Now I am showing my age!!! :D
Laugh in was absolutely hysterical. Of course I remember it. lol
