The diary game | 21/08/2022 |First day of Gym| #burnsteem25

Hello everyone!!
I am samarth gupta and I am writing my another diary post.

So, Today I started my day at 6:30 am. Actually, i from today I have started to go gym. After waking, I got freshed and I brushed my teeths. Then, after brushing I ate 2 boiled potatoes and I took my sipper and I went to gym

I reached gym and I paid the fee. Then, I went inside for workout. Actually, This is my first day so I have started doing exercise according to that.

After doing exercise for around 1 hour, I went to the trainer and I asked him to prepare a diet chart for me. Then, I came back to home after taking chart. I ate bananas when I was on the way.

There was raining and so i stayed on a corner for road for sometime. Then after sometime the raining stopped and then I came back to home.

After coming home, i prepared a protein shake for me and then I ate that. After eating that, I went to take shower. After coming, I ate breakfast. There were pohas in the breakfast.

Then, after that I started using my phone. I played bgmi with my friends till 12 pm. Then after playing, I checked instagram for sometime. At 1 pm, I started doing study.

I studied from youtube and I took a lecture of 2 hours and I did some questions related to that. I got tired after studying. I did lunch and I ate paneer in lunch. Then, I Went to bed and slept.

After waking up at 5:30 pm, I prepared some oats for me. I mixed banana and dry fruits in that which made it very tasty.

Then, after eating oats, I went out to eat some boiled eggs. I ate 4 eggs and My stomach was full after eating all that. Then, I cam back to home and I started watching television. I watched televison till 8 pm and then I started watching an anime named Tokyo Ghoul.

This is an horror anime which have ghouls. I like the first 2 episodes of this very much. This has only 24 epsiodes which is very good. After watching it I did dinner. Then after dinner ,i studied maths for some time.

Then, I watched one more epsiode and then i started listening some music. After all that, I went to bed and slept.
