Greetings to all, I hope all members of this community will be fine. I'm also fine and enjoying my self with steemit. This is my first post in this community hope all members really like my post. In this we will discuss about basic tips about health who we maintain our health. So lets start without waiting of time.

Its an old saying life in real you lost nothing, but if you lost your health at any age believe me you lost Thi. is an old saying ‘’ Health is a real wealth’’ if you lost any precious thing in your very thing in your life. Everyone wants good health until his death but our surroundings and our climate change causing serious diseases. However, we all need to avoid some activities and for healthy life we need to adopt healthy and active life style and strictly need to follow some SOP’S.
Here are some following tips and good suggestions for good health

Eat healthy

As we know, good health demands healthy lifestyle and healthy food. First of all, we need to eat healthy and nutritious food for good health. As I upper say health is wealth. Below I will share with you some nutritious food. We need to eat proteins, lipids, carbohydrates and vitamins and whole grains are best nutritious food. Fish, milk, dark green vegetables are also very nutritious food to maintain health life.

Drink plenty of water

This is an old saying that ‘’Water is life’’. Healthy life also demands plenty of water in a day. Water also should be purified. According to the suggestions of doctor ‘’A healthy human being body needs 10 to 12 glasses daily of purified water. Water play important role in our digestion so it is needed.

Adopt healthy lifestyle

As human body need healthy food , healthy and proper lifestyle is also required for good health. Awaking early, exercise, morning walk and some hard work in a day is also included in this.

Our body need to through a lot of germs and remaining useless parts of our food and to burn calories which are only thrown out by our sweat. So, daily exercise is essential. The best ways for that are exercise, gym, hard work and morning walk etc.

Less consumption of salt and sugar

A controlled diet is also need for good health. We should use controlled salt and sugar because more and more consumptions of that both things cause serious diseases like uncontrolled use of salt causes high blood pressure, ulcer and hypertension and uncontrolled use of sugar disturb badly our one of the most major muscular organ liver it also cause Sugar etc. So, we should use controlled salt and sugar.
