A Stubborn Housefly Follows The Corpse To The Grave: This is a very strong adage and it is mostly used to speak to a child to avoid stubbornness, As a child I wasn't stubborn but my Father uses this adage to remind me that stubbornness is never a good path because the adage literally means that "failing to head to repeated advice leads to adverse consequences".
What an elderly person sees while sitting can never be seen by a younger person even when he climbs the tallest tree:This is another strong adage that highlights the importance of listening to and taking advice from elderly ones. The adage means that "Elderly ones can foresee the results of an action whether good or bad while young ones cannot". This is very true because as elders, they have more experiences than the younger person and may gone through the same path and seen the result or consequences of such.
Learning to become left-handed is difficult at old age: This adage is mostly used when speaking to someone about how important it is to utilize any positive opportunity that comes when a person is still strong and has youthful vigor. Most of the elderly ones in the community are facing hardships due to misuse of opportunity so they always use the adage for their young ones so that they will not toll the same path. This adage means that "The Best time to learn anything is at youthful age".
You Cannot chase 2 things at a time: This adage seem self explanatory but it has a deeper meaning when someone is faced with a very difficult decision to choose between 2 things that are mainly beneficial to life. This adage means that "For anyone to achieve success, he must focus on and be consistent with one thing first." Truly, the world today may require that someone has diverse sources of income but, fact still remains that someone needs to be specialized in one thing and stand with it before looking for other additional sources.
Change in the beat of a music leads to change in its dancing step: This adage has to deal with the different changes in life situations, knowing that no condition is permanent, everyone should be ready to fit in to any condition.
