Promote Steem To Your Family, Friends and Society

•	Who was the first person you introduced to Steem?

Basically the first person I introduced to steem was my sister @glorystar21. She was contemplating that since I joined steem that she hasn't seen me removing the money to buy some tangible for myself. Something that when ever she sees it she will be like oh you bought this thing from steem.

Since I started newly I didn't have much time because of school work and all of that. I told my sister that @imohmitch and @bossj23 bought their first phone from the money they got from steem. That was how I lured her into this platform if she won't have agreed joining steem.

•	What methods do you use to promote Steem?

There are several and different method that I used back then when we had what we called SBD, normal steem and steem power. Firstly when my friends asked me what I normally do to earn, that's when steem comes in.
I will tell them that there's a platform called steemit.

After registration your login will be sent to you or you download it. It's works by participating in contest hosted by fellow steemian, moderator of a particular community. Also there are different steemcurator in different community who vote on people's posts and another curator is assigned to vote only for new comers.

When your post is voted let's say $1.46 this is how it's pays out 13. 53 steem will pay out to your steem wallet. Here, the steem can be send to the exchange that I normally use which is gateio or any of the exchange you want.

Meanwhile for the steem power that one go straight into your steem power wallet you can withdraw that one unless you do so and before you get that it will take approximately one month for you to withdraw the money and it's need to get to your steem wallet from there you now withdraw it.

•	Has anyone joined Steem through your promotion?

Yes they have join. That was during the VOS 25 singing competition hosted by @bossj23. I was opportune to get three person into the platform.

•	What do you think is the biggest challenge in explaining Steem to newcomers?

I would say that my biggest challenge so far is when the newcomers ask you for the steem price. That's what discourage them when they know the steem price is low they back off.

•	Do you have any new ideas to make Steem more popular?

Yes I do have. The first thing I have in mind is by creating quality content about steem. Telling the world what steem has to offers be you who. It doesn't select again.
Also preaching the gospel about steem on various social media. I think with this steem will be more popular.
