Poloniex just changed (updated) their terms and conditions

Poloniex is one of the biggest cryptocurrency exchange sites and has so many users across the world.
Few hours ago, poloniex site was down and that caused panic for the few hours it was down. Poloniex is back up and they now have new "terms and conditions" .
poloniex said holders of bitcoin might/will not get the bitcoin cash.
Poloniex states that they make no claims or guarantees about coins’ underlying networks and that there is no certainty that they’ll distribute forked tokens in the event that a chain split occurs on any network.
So in the case of any split, you'll probably get get one of the tokens, not both. Users of poloniex are carrying rumors that poloniex just wants to sell off the BITCOIN CASH from the bitcoin fork and keep the money for themselves.
Personal I don't think users of poloniex will be pleased with this kinda information, but as long as the site is back up, tension will reduce and trading can continue. I'm sure poloniex wants the best for its users.
