The diary game is for Thursday, 20 February 2025. My first admission into a hospital as a patient.
Greetings to my great Steemians all over the world. I hope we are doing well in our places of endeavors. I pray that the almighty God will continue to bless and keep us all the days of our lives.
By the special grace of God, I am going to share my beautiful day with the great Steemian family, and I hope that all will read and share in my joy.

I woke up today around 5:40 am and joined the family devotion, which was done by my kid sister Sarah; she read from the book of Psalms 1:1 to the end and then led us through prayers. The devotion took us almost 40 minutes.
After the devotion, my mom tells me the time I am supposed to go to the hospital in preparation for my leg surgery tomorrow. She said I was to go by 11:30 am. I answered her and returned to my room, sitting on my bed, thinking and praying in my heart for a successful surgery.
My phone was just 9%, so I went out to our neighbor's house to plug in my power bank cause our light had a problem. I entered the house, greeted them, and gave out the power bank to their daughter to plug it for me.
I came back home, fetched bathing water, took my bath, and brushed my teeth. I then continued waiting for 11 am to reach so as not to go late. But I still go there late as I have to eat before going to the hospital.

During the thirty minutes prayers
We have a thirty-minute prayer. After the prayers, I ate food and left home around 12:06 pm; I took an okada to the main road, where I entered Keke to the hospital.
I reached the hospital around 12:45 pm. I meet people who are also waiting for attention; they attend to them first since they were there before me.
I have to wait for my turn. As I waited, a male nurse came to me and told me to hold on as they were preparing to admit me. Around 2:07 pm a nurse took me to a room with a dress bed and asked me to rest there.

People waiting to see the doctor
I joke with her, saying is this my room, she smiles at me and says, for now, yes, they show a toilet that I should be using. I now plug my phone and lie down on the bed.
Their accountant brought a receipt of the deposit of #300,000 we made to me, and I collected it. I just lie down doing nothing till evening.

My mom came to see me around 6:30 pm and brought food, soap, a towel, and other necessary things that I needed to stay in the hospital. She searches for GCK(global crusade with Kumuyi) on YouTube.
We followed the program together, but her data was finished, so she left the hospital around 7:40 pm. I continued listening to the program on my phone. After the GCK I started writing my diary game.
A special invitation to @josepha, @waterjoe, and @suboohi to tell us about their beautiful day. Thank you.
