The diary game is on Tuesday, 18 February 2025. Meeting the orthopedic surgeon for the first time.
Every day has its unique activity; today's activities were 90% planned by my health challenge and then 10% by me. I had the intention to rest today and go to church in the evening, but I found myself doing a lot.
MORNING
I woke up today around 5:30 am and held a family devotion which took us about thirty minutes, after the devotion I went back to my room lie dawn and slept till 8:20 am then I brushed my teeth, ate food, and continued relaxing in my room as I sent my junior brother to go and bring my power bank.
My brother brought the power bank around past 9 am I then plugged my phone and started checking for contests on Steemit. After that, I continue using Facebook to chat with my friends.
My mother called me around 10:02 a.m. to say that I should come and meet her at Molli Medical Center Mararaba to see an orthopedic surgeon. But then the doctor was not in their seat when she called me; I stood up and got dressed, walked to the main road, and entered Keke to the hospital.

Entering the hospital with my mom
I then meet my mom at the entrance of the hospital, waiting for the doctor to come; we now walk together to the reception and wait there. While waiting the nurse on seat came close to me to test my temperature and my blood pressure.
AFTERNOON

Other people waiting for the doctor.
We waited for almost two hours before the doctor arrived. As he came into the office and settled down, he called us as we were the first people who wanted to see him; we went inside the office, and he asked me some questions about the leg, to which I answered him.
The doctor interpreted the X-rays for us and told us it could only be corrected by surgery, but there was a part of the bone he wanted to see very well which the X-ray didn't capture very well.
The doctor asked us whether we were given a bill by his colleague yesterday; I said yes, and my mom gave him our copy of the bill; he then examined it and further cut the cost from #450000 to #400000. He asked us to go and do another x-ray.
He fills out a form, writes my name on it, and gives it to me. The form contained the address of the place where I was going for the X-ray; immediately, I had to go to the place on time so I could bring the X-ray results back to him for more interpretation.
The name written on the address was Bodycheck Laboratory; the Keke man stopped at the exact place and showed me the building. I crossed the road and entered the building, met the receptionist, and gave her the form.
She told me the price of the X-ray was #10000; I paid, and then the lab technician asked me to follow him for the X-ray. But glory to God, there was no complication apart from the one he first saw.
The doctor told us to go and deposit the third quarter of the total cost for the surgery; before he gave us a date for the surgery, my mom told him that she would make the deposit today, and he asked his staff to take a sample of my blood. He asked us to come back on Thursday for admission as the surgery would take place on Friday.

Leaving the hospital with my mom
We now left the hospital, and we entered Keke together with my mom, but along the way, she went down to check on her friend that is sick. I followed the same Keke to my junction(Living Truth Junction Masaka) and walked home.
EVENING
I entered my house, I then relaxed a little before I now looked for water and took my bath around 5:10 pm. After taking my bath, I started watching a movie on my phone and also waiting for church time which is 6 pm.
I left home to church around pass 6 pm, before I reached the program has already started, I joined the program mid way but I believe I am bless, the program ended 6 pm. I come back home, eta food, and rest for the day.
A special invitation to @josepha, @waterjoe, and @wuddi to write about their beautiful day. Thank you.
