How many kids can you handle?

I am the mother of two wonderful boys who scream and fight all day long. I am no less than a referee in a boxing ring who sometimes gets the blows while trying to separate the fighters. My husband had warned me against getting pregnant the second time, but my desperate want for a baby girl made me create this little monster that is soon going to be 2 year old.

I sometimes feel, if I had given a patient ear to my husband's constant warnings things would have been different. My elder one would get more of my love and attention. I could give some time from my schedule to help him out with his school works. but now, none of that is possible because this little devil makes sure that no one in the family is sitting idle at any point of time during the night. I am always tired, restless and mad at anyone who seems to bother me. I guess this would not have been the case had I stick to the 1 baby policy. However, now my husband has a change of heart and says second baby was needed as he taught my elder one the need to share and I agree with him on that. This little one may be a devil, but he has truly taught us and his brother a lot. We all love him.

I sometimes wonder how parents with multiple kids manage. Recently I read a news about an Alabama couple who welcomed their sextuplets after three sons. Now they have a total of 9 babies. Though the kids look cute when they are still at hand, but I dread thinking what would be the mother's condition when these six start crawling, standing, walking and jumping.

The woman had to undergo extensive fertility treatment to get pregnant and was thrilled when she got the news about her being pregnant with sextuplets. I can't even imagine what I would have done if doctors had told me i was having twins😅.
