" Sleeping" is the most important activity to run our body.
There is no doubts when i say that the human being is progressing and reshaping the world with their unique ideas and technology but as per recent studies by many research center, most common error has been come out which is about human sleeping habits.
as per research by oxford university , if the human will not sleep at least 5 hours/day then the result of daily work performance will be effective.sleepless night will make you sick mentally and it will also give negative impact on your physical health.
nowadays, we are overwhelm by many technological gadgets and advanced living standards but have we ever noticed that we are not having quality sleep in our daily life ?
and just because of not having quality sleep , our body is adopting all the negative energy which makes us sick .
now lets talk about some solutions to get rid off from all these problem related to sleepiness.
1 . YOGA & PRANAYAMA: from the ancient time , yoga is being practiced to get rid off all the body problems. nowadays insomnia is common word to listen in todays generation but yoga and pranayama is the solid way to cure all these problems.
