The Diary Game 5th April 2021| Progressive Monday | 100% Power Up
Hello Steemians,
How have been you doing? I hope all of you are doing great and are all safe.
So here are my today activities.
I wake up Monday morning 🌄 at 6:30 am. I drank a glass of water and get freshened up then brushing my teeth. After I started my workout. As in my previous post, I already share that due to the covid gym has been closed till 20th April. So I started workout at Home 🏠.
After finished my workout. I took shower 🚿 and prepare my breakfast. So today I make an egg sandwich 🥪 and as a usual protein shake 😋. After that, I joined my office meeting at 9:15 am we had discussion on our ongoing project. And I'm doing work from home. And busy with my office work.
For lunch, I make rice and potato curry, and salad. So I had lunch at 2:00 pm. And then I checked some steemit posts.

Meanwhile, I was counting my steps also. It's good after having food we should walk at least 100 steps. That's good for health.
And then took my multivitamins Nutrilite tablet Daily. This one table provides us 13 vitamins and 11 minerals to maintain healthy hair and skin because of biotin. it's an amazing product for health supplements. and after that, I busy with my work.
In the evening I talked to my mother.
Spend some time on social media Facebook, Instagram, and then in the night, I had my dinner. A Full plat salad 🥗. And then lay down and started reading a book. The power of your subconscious mind by dr. Joseph Murphy. It's an amazing book. Currently, I'm reading chapter 6th Practical techniques in mental healings.
And then I fall asleep at 12:15 am.
That's all my today's activities.
