Hey good evening everyone, this is Sanskar yadav from kolkata and here once again in front of you with my new day and i am hoping you all are great with your family during this pandemic. Stay home, keep yourself safe.

AND ONE MORE THING, HAPPY MAKAR SANKRANTI ALL OF YOU FROM MY SIDE

So this morning i woke up something about at 5 am after that i freshened up and then i washed my face and sat down to meditate, after that good mental workout in the morning i brushed my teeth and then drank 1 liter of lukewarm water as i alwayd do.

Just after that i took some black grams and started doing some home workout and today i did some legs work like some sumo squates, some single leg squates and some calf exercise was well after that i did some single hand push ups and some finger push ups as well and that was a very tough morning workout after workout i immidiately went to the market and there i took 4 banans and came back to my home.

After reaching to my home i took my mobile and listened songs for a while and today i cleaned my room as well and after some time i took a bath and went to the terrace for taking some sunlight, after came back down i have had my lunch.

After having my lunch i took my mobile and watched some short videos just for entertainment and then sunddenly one of my friend called me just for asking about tomorrows clubs plan, after ended up the call i listened songs for some time and then i fell asleep.
