Russell Simmons and Brett Ratner face new allegations of sexual misconduct

Women and men have to speak out about this stuff. Hollywood, entertainment media, the rich and powerful, and political leaders have gotten away with this crap for far too long. They have been assisted by journalists who knew or heard rumors but never reported or investigated. Too afraid they would be put on a "do not invite " list or something. Some women and men acquiesce in order to achieve that which they want. There's a word for this. A no tolerance standard should be the norm.
