Eggs are one of the most nutritious food on the planet you can find
Little white things best friend of every fitness freak EGGS are the best and one of the cheapest source of protein very high biological value good amino profile rich in minerals too I take 5 daily but the real question is how much is too much some says eating a whole egg daily will make you fat give cholesterol but i Don't give shit about all this bullshit my rules are simple if you are gaining it whole eggs with yolk and if you are cutting atleast 1 yolk is necessary and rest eat only whites
Yolk is a great source of good fats which helps in controlling cholesterol not increasing

Nutrition Facts of 1 whole egg

Calories 77 protien 6gm with 5gm of good fats

Vitamin A: 6% of the RDA

Selenium: 22% of the RDA

Vitamin B12: 9% of the RDA

Folate: 5% of the RDA

Phosphorus: 9% of the RDA

Vitamin B5: 7% of the RDA

Vitamin B2: 15% of the RDA

Eggs also contain decent amounts of Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Calcium and Zinc

My conclusion is that whole eggs are among the most nutritious foods on the planet, containing a little bit of almost every nutrient we need😎🖖
