The topic of UFOs is deeply embedded in our society. Since the mid-20th century, they have kind of become part of pop culture and countless movies and tv shows have had stories around them.

In my knowledge, it all began after the infamous Roswell UFO incident in 1947. At the time, initial reports had stated that a UFO had crashed in Roswell, New Mexico in the US. Later, they changed the reports and stated that it was just a "balloon".

This started a huge conspiracy about how the government had intercepted this alien spaceship that had crashed and had compelled the media to change their initial stories.

Since then, there have been countless sightings and people claiming that they have been abducted by aliens. Most of these might be fake but some have gone unexplained. Different government agencies all around the world have even set up dedicated programs to probe the matter. Now, it seems like one of them is ready to report their findings.

UFO Disclosure Soon?

The Pentagon has a task force called the "Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon Task Force", which is a program set up to investigate UFO sightings. They have been in the news quite a lot for the past couple of years.

The New York Times had already made public some videos of UFO in 2017. After that, the Pentagon formally released the videos in April 2020. Now, there are reports surfacing that the Pentagon is ready to report more findings.

When so much stuff is going on in the background, even the most ardent skeptics must consider the possibility that the government might actually know something and have been keeping it a secret.

In the videos that were released, it was clear that the UFO was based on a technology that we humans just don't have. Members of the US Navy have stated that they have seen UFOs making right-angle turns at blinding speeds and disappearing from one spot only to appear at another hundreds of miles away.

It will be interesting to see what information the Pentagon releases. It will provide a lot of insights and may pave the path to a formal disclosure in the more distant future. These are definitely unprecedented times.
