The Dairy Game. 21/04/2024 -- Sunday Activities

Hello Steem World...

Its Sunday and a day of fellowship for me. Unlike the previous day when i woke up late from bed, mainly because my laptop was bad, today i was up early because i can at least manage my laptop after it was repaired partially. When i got up, i did my morning routing as usual, starting with meditation and i later on took my laptop to do some few things before preparing for church service. When i was done, i published it and later went to the kitchen to keep it clean and also make breakfast for myself. When i was done, i had my bath as dressed up as i prepared for church service. Church service usually starts at 8am and close at 11am. I left the house by 7:30am hoping to use 30 minutes to get to the church. I got to church few minutes after 8am when the pastor was giving opening prayers. Before going to church, i carried my saxophone along with me, but the pastor said i should instead play the drums since the person who usually plays the drum is not around.

I played the drums through out church service. By 9:30am, the pastor mounted the pulpit and was preaching on "GIVING". He preached for about an hour, we later on prayed and ended the church service some few minutes after 11am.

After church service, i stayed back with my friends doing some free style music. By 11:30am, i left church for a birthday surprise. Actually the lady for this birthday contacted me some weeks ago, paid money for me to come surprise her mother, but unfortunately i came late so they went and did the surprise without me. She requested for me to pay her back but i didn't had money at the time as i had used it. She decided that i will come with her this sunday and play something nice for her mom since i was delaying to refund her money.

We met at 12noon, she carried me in her car to her mothers place where i played some songs for her mom. She later served me with food.

By 1pm when i was done, i had to go for choir rehearsals and before going, the lady still gave me something to pay my transport, and i was surprise because i wasn't expecting anything.
Choir rehearsals was to start by 1pm but i got there by 2pm.
I recently joined this choir as an instrumentalist or saxophonist and this was my first rehearsal session. When i got there, they told me i must sing as all their instrumentalists are singers as well.
They asked me what part i can sing, i say Soprano. They said no man in their choir is allowed to sing soprano. I was forced to change part to Tenor which nearly cracked my voice.

After choir rehearsal, i decided to visit @chant before going home. I passed at her place, she gave me food to eat as we watched a football match together with her husband.

At the end of the football match, it was already late and raining. I left and went home as i called it a day.
