Having a long, healthy life is what most people want. To realize this great dream, you do not need to spend all night for seven consecutive days in the gym just for the sake of maintaining health and fitness. Sometimes, just by doing small things you can by itself help maintain a healthy body.

Physical Activity
The key to healthy living is actively moving. You're one of those people who like to spend hours watching a soap opera series or a drama on TV? Many drink
Water is the most basic need for the body. If the body lacks water, then the cells in the body will be more difficult to perform the function properly. On the other hand, you will also be more at risk of dehydration. If you are dehydrated, it will drain your energy making you tire faster.
Many people say that we must meet the need to drink 8 glasses of water every day. In fact, not necessarily. Because the water needs of each person is different. It could be that you need to drink less water or even more from the recommendation. Most importantly, do not wait for you to feel until the new thirst to drink water.

Eat Slowly
Many people claim to be crazy and forget themselves when they see many foods lined up in plain sight. It seems, everything in front want to be enjoyed as quickly as possible. Not infrequently, this makes you eat quickly, so you unknowingly have eaten in large portions and get high calories.
In fact, based on research published in the Journal of Academy of Nutrition and Dietics, eating foods slowly greatly affect the amount of calories in your body. When you eat more slowly, you realize you're already full when you've eaten in smaller portions.
As a result, eating slowly indirectly can control the weight that can ultimately prevent the occurrence of obesity. In addition, eating slowly also helps smooth the digestive system and make you feel fuller even though the amount of food you eat is not much.
