Wood-Burned Art: Map of Nudonia (Neebs Gaming) (Club100)

Greetings everyone. I hope everyone is having a lovely day. It's been busy around here getting ready for the holiday so here is something from the archives. Actually, somewhat a sad tale with this art. The map is from an animated series that can be found of YouTube called Doraleous and Associates. This is some early work by the channel "Neebs Gaming", who went from animation to using games as their platform. If you have no watched them before, I highly recommend it as their group has a great dynamic and they are just so funny!

So, I made this map of their world "Nudonia" as a gift for these guys a couple years ago. This was just before Covid and we had tickets to see them at a once-a-year live event the were doing which coincided with a trip we were going to take. You know the story already I'm sure. Covid happened, the event was cancelled, and I never got a chance to meet them and give them this gift for their office.

Fortunately, I had a super-cute helper "assisting" me. He is particularly good at pruning the plant. This wacko like to comb through to find the dead, crunchy leaves and eats them like a snack. You can even pick one and hold it out for him and he'll eat it, as long as you don't drop it on the ground. He's a bit picky like that...

As much as I miss my former kitties - especially Sully - this guy is a real hoot and a sweetheart. He can be a bit of a troublemaker too but he always gets away with it because, well, just look at him. Anyway, back to work with me. I need to get things done before heading out of town tomorrow for Thanksgiving. I will hopefully have another post before I leave and I will return the following day, belly full of turkey.
