Hello friends of steemit, I had several days away for some commitments but I came back and today I wanted to bring you this topic because I think it is necessary to change some approaches that we have to things. Worry less, worry more, laugh at what's happening to us and keep walking. Many things will improve, we will benefit greatly.

Let's learn to laugh at our problems.

The human being tends by nature to be overwhelmed by the adverse situations of life, but how different it would be if instead of letting ourselves be overwhelmed by problems, we learned to laugh at them.

Problems are complicated situations that arise, inconveniences, difficulties. Which may or may not have an apparent solution, and here is the key: if it has a solution, why worry? If there's no solution, why worry?

There is a lot of physical and emotional wear and tear that excessive worries bring, but there can be many more benefits when we start to see problems in a different way, there are many gains that would bring us to laugh at them.

We are used to getting stuck in the negative possibilities of situations without having the capacity to see beyond them and face with tranquility what could happen, is a complex issue, but not impossible. By thinking only of how bad this or that presumes to be, we do not take advantage of the profit it brings us. Yes, I am beginning to be a faithful believer that you can get something good out of everything, or at least, a learning that you can then use in other things in your favor.

Worrying too much about difficulties leads to sufferings that will influence even those areas of life that are not linked to the problem, affect the family, work and school. We may start to have anxiety, lack of concentration, fatigue... And stop counting. Let's stop for a moment and reflect, is it worth it?

It is necessary that we begin to fully enjoy life, it is only one. It is necessary to learn to free ourselves from negativities. I repeat: if it has a solution, why worry? If there's no solution, why worry?

Let's learn to relativize what happens to us and start laughing about it, some people have a worse time. Let us take the path that sends us behind that which makes us happy and not get stuck in adversity. Let's clean the windshield to see beyond the dirt that turns out to be the problems.

By laughing at what we're going through we'll be avoiding the stress that is so damaging to our health, we'll gain peace of mind, goodbye anxiety. In general terms, our physical and emotional state will improve considerably.

They will also improve our interpersonal relationships, a happy person is a person with whom it is worthwhile to be with because they tend to infect their mood and positivism in life.

It's in your hands, you're in control of your life. The problems won't go away, but it will make a difference how you deal with them.
