How are you all? I hope you all are safe and doing great. Another weekend has started, and I hope you all are planning an outing.
In our regular life, oil is an essential part of cooking. While going outside, we often enjoy food from the restaurant.
But we often ignore the fact that oil is good for our body and which oil we must avoid from our daily usage.
So today, I am here to share details about some oil and how it performs inside our bodies.
Oils that are good for our health:-
1.Sesame oil:- This is heart-friendly cooking oil. It contains anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
It helps to lower the odds of cardiovascular disease and atherosclerosis. It helps to build up different substances like fat in the artery walls.
The oil is good for low blood pressure patients. Sesame oil is used for various delicacies but is mostly used in Chinese food. It has a beautiful nutty flavor and is often used for high heat cooking.
2.Walnut oil- This oil is a renowned source of omega-3 fatty acids.
Mostly, people use this oil for dressing salad because it has a low smoke point. It has several benefits like- SKIN:-It boost skin health, fights inflammatory skin disorders, and promotes wound healing.
It helps lower blood pressure:- consuming walnut oil significantly improves blood vessel function, which in favor could help lower blood pressure.
It helps to control blood sugar:- Due to its high concentration of antioxidants inside the walnut oil, it remarkably lowered the blood sugar and A1c level in the hemoglobin;
Consuming 1tablespoon of walnut oil regularly can be helpful for type2 diabetic patients.
It also helps to lower the risk of prostate cancer.
3.Olive oil:- We often use this oil for dressing salad. The benefits of the oil- Olive Oil Is Rich in Healthy Monounsaturated Fats, Olive Oil Has Strong Anti-Inflammatory Properties, Olive Oil Has Antibacterial Properties.

4.Canola oil-
This oil helps to improve cholesterol levels and lower your risk of heart disease.
Canola oil is considered the healthiest cooking oil;
because it contains zero trans fat and a minimum amount of saturated fat in all cooking oil.
We get canola oil from the seeds of the canola plant and this crop is widely grown in Canada.
Canola oil is good for those who are suffering from several chronic health problems, including heart disease, diabetes, and metabolic syndrome.

5.Flaxseed oil:- this oil help to reduce cancer risk, promotes heart health, improves skin, reduces menopause symptoms, and aids in weight loss. Flaxseed oil contains so many valuable and active compounds that are beneficial for human bodies like- Fiber to prevent digestive issues and constipation.
Phenolic compounds (lignans), which may prevent cancer,
Healthy proteins that may decrease risk factors of heart disease; Omega-3 fatty acids and minerals, including calcium and magnesium.

6.Avocado oil- We all know that we get avocado oil from the fruit.
It's a high smoke point oil. It has several benefits because the oil contains zero glycemic index and zero carbohydrates. Avocado oil also contains vitamins A and E, which help nourish the body’s internal system.
Helps to Repair Skin Damage- As the oil contains vitamin E, beta carotene, lutein, protein, and lecithin; so it helps strengthen the skin barrier and accelerate the healing of damaged skin.
Apart from that avocado oil also helps to nourish skin and protect against UV rays. Beneficial for Heart Health.
Avocado oil helps in Weight Loss and also helps in boosting metabolism.
7.Sunflower oil- helps to strengthen our immune system because the oil contains a rich amount of antioxidants. As the oil is very light it is easy to digest.
Those who have frizzy hair problems can use sunflower oil. It helps to soften hair and improve the shine of our hair. Apart from that, sunflower oil is also good for our heart health as it contains more than 80% of monounsaturated fats.
Sunflower oil also helps the discharge of glycogen into the bloodstream from the liver.
