After the referendum on the national affiliation of Upper Slesia, which gave a majority for the German Reich, a rebellion of the politician Wojciech Corfanty begins an uprising with the aim of the Association of Upper Slesia with Poland.
In Rome, the opera "The Little Marat" is premiered by Pietro Mascagni.
