Reich President Friedrich Ebert (SPD) gives instructions from June Minister Rudolf Heinze (DVP) statement that the special courts for the condemnation of communist insurgents in the so-called "March of March" must also be granted a punishment.The measure is made given the large number of youthful defendants.
In Moscow, the Soviet government explains that all foreigners may be used with the exception of diplomats to the employment service.
