Ingredients
1 kilo of catfish, cut to taste
Substance:
1 piece of onion (large)
5 cloves of garlic
5 pieces of curly chillies
to taste Coriander fine
to taste ketchup
to taste salt
to taste red Sugar
to taste Water
to taste Olive oil (for sauteing)
Step
Substance ingredients: Puree onion, garlic, fine coriander and chili
Stir-fry Stirrer that has been smoothed to fragrant
Add soy sauce, salt, water and brown sugar. Wait until it thickens. Move into container. Chill
Fried patin until it changes color. Drain. (me: in the oven)
Prepare pan non-sticky. Burn catfish on the pan while smeared with the ingredients before. (me: in the oven again)
