Siomay Ayam Kuah + Dumpling Fries 1 dough meat, simple ^^
Ingredients
5 servings
1/4 kg of Siomay Leather (dpt skitar 30)
Carrot grated for sprinkling
Materials Field:
400 grams Chicken Chicken
200 grams of chopped shrimp
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp Fried onion, gerus
2 tbsp Munjung Wheat Flour
2 tbsp Munjung Kanji Flour
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon fish sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 stalks Leaf onion
to taste Masako / salt
to taste sugar
to taste pepper powder
MATERIALS OF KUAH:
1 1/2 pints of Chicken Broth
2 Garlic cloves, puree
1 teaspoon pepper grains, puree
according to taste Salt / seasoning + Sugar
SOLD:
to taste Leaves onion, fried Onion
Step
40 minutes

Mix + stir all the ingredients until the dumplings are flat.

Spoon the meat into the skin of dumplings, folding .. so much .. saving crazy XD sampe can send to mama hihihi

Sprinkle Carrots before steaming, steamed for about 30 minutes, I pake pan usual, I smear oil dlu spy ga sticky, then dumplings my skin topped with oil jg spy dry nda ..

The rest of the meat I bkin fried dumplings .. I fill the meat jumbo2 bo..mantapp..wkwkwkwk

Sauce: Saute the oil + garlic until fragrant .. give chicken broth .. kasi all the spices .. test yaa flavor,
5 minutes before the lift is sprinkled with onions .. serve with a sprinkling of fried shallots;)

(I think dumpling gorengku rd burnt .. shame), amateur bingit ..
