I think one's experience while gaming might make for a good diary entry. Personally, I do have fond memories of special occasions spent with family and friends playing video games. Though I personally enjoy football games over other forms of games, but then preference is also a subjective thing. Of course, even one's choice in gaming can make for a good writing piece.
