Week 5 was a wild one both in the Fantasy Football world and the NFL. How will Week 6 be?

Notes from Week 5:

The Giants WR unit is decimated. Someone needs to step up and help Eli Manning. Who will it be?
After incredible games from Leonard Fournette and Deshaun Watson, it looks like they are gaining ground on Kareem Hunt for rookie of the year.
Is it possible for the Patriots to not win the AFC East? The Bills, Jets, and Patriots are all 3-2 and the Dolphins sit just a half game back of first place at 2-2.
Who will be the last team to win a game this year? The 49ers, Giants, and Browns are all 0-5.

Matchups for Week 4

Preview of the Week

Nic Nasty @nicnas (2-3) vs Corn Cobb Pipe @mstodola91 (2-3)

This is a big week for both of these teams as they are both 2-3 on the year. Nic Nasty @nicnas got a big time performance from Carson Wentz last week , but Drew Brees looks to get the start in Week 6. The Colts and the Titans face off Monday night and this may be the deciding factor in the outcome of this game as it is anticipated for Nic Nasty @nicnas to have a slim lead over Corn Cobb Pipe @mstodola91 prior to this Monday night matchup. If Marlon Mack can have a huge game for Nic Nasty @nicnas, he may be able to come out with the win. T.Y. Hilton has been up and down on the year, but if Corn Cobb Pipe @mstodola91 gets a great game out of T.Y. it will be tough for Nic Nasty @nicnas to pull out the win. Nic Nasty @nicnas currently has rookie TE O.J. Howard starting for the Bucs, but this may change as the week goes on. The X-factor in this matchup is Aaron Jones for Corn Cobb Pipe @mstodola91 as the Packers battle their rivals, the Minnesota Vikings.

Harambes Revenge @kryptocek (3-2) vs @Shenanigator (2-3)

Each of these have great teams and this will be a showdown. Will the loss of Charles Clay affect the outcome of this matchup? All signs are pointing to yes as he was a major piece for the Bills at TE. With Charles Clay being out, Harambes Revenge @kryptocek starts Chargers TE Henry Hunter. Jameis Winston has looked erratic at the beginning of games this year, but Harambes Revenge @kryptocek needs him to be hot right out of the gate as the Bucs travel to Arizona to face the Cardinals. The WR unit for Harambes Revenge @kryptocek is loaded and led by DeAndre Hopkins, who has been a favorite receiver for DeShaun Watson. Maybe it is the Clemson connection, but Hopkins has been targeted at least 8 times in every game this season. The Buccaneers pass defense has been suspect this year and if John Brown can sneak behind the Bucs defense, look for him to have a big week for Harambes Revenge @kryptocek. When @Shenanigator drafted Cam Newton he expected him to play like he has played the last two weeks scoring 7 total TD's and only turning the ball over once. If @Shenanigator can get a big game from either of his running backs, Leonard Fournette or Carlos Hyde, look for him to secure victory.

@mikeshuh (5-0) vs A team has no name @boatsports90 (3-2)

@mikshuh looks to extended his undefeated record this week, but is an upset in the cards? Can A team has no name @boatsports90 play spoiler this week? Aaron Rodgers is the early season MVP for many and after that masterful comeback against the Cowboys it is difficult to argue. Look for Aaron Rodgers to tear apart the Vikings defense this week for @mikshuh. One of the key factors in this game is the health of these two teams. @mikshuh has 4 current starters that are questionable, but it is expected for all of them to play. Most importantly, Travis Kelce for the Chiefs has been going through concussion protocol and did not practice Wednesday, but @mikshuh needs a healthy Kelce. A team has no name @boatsports90 has a relatively healthy team, but has a question mark a quarterback this week. With Andy Dalton and the Bengals on a bye and Derek Carr listed as questionable with a back injury, will he be healthy enough to play for A team has no name @boatsports90? If not, it will be interesting to see who A team has no name @boatsports90 picks up at quarterback this week. With the Jets playing the Patriots, it seems like A team has no name @boatsports90 will bench the Jets in favor of the Jags defense, which has been playing lights out. If the Jags have similar performance to their one in week 5 look for A team has no name @boatsports90 to pull the upset on @mikeshuh.

Gators @tom74 (0-5) vs Rico's Raiders @richq11 (0-5)

This is the matchup many of us have been waiting for as both of these teams are winless on the year. Barring an epic tie, one of these teams will get their first win of the season, while the other will continue to search for the light at the end of the tunnel. This matchup is going to come down to the guys in the backfield, the quarterbacks and running backs. Each of the teams has 1 QB and 3 RB's starting. For Gators @tom74 this means QB Matt Ryan, RB Jayh Ajayi, RB Mark Ingram, and RB Duke Johnson and for Rico's Raiders @richq11 QB Alex Smith, RB Devonta Freeman, RB Frank Gore, and RB Jordan Howard. It appears whichever group has the better game will take the cake in this matchup. I am not a betting man, but if my money were on it, I would go with Rico's Raiders @richq11 having the better day and getting the win. If there is one x-factor in this matchup I would venture to say DeSean Jackson for Gators @tom74. The speedster has only scored one touchdown this year, but if the Bucs can use him effectively, it could be a big week for Gators @tom74 and DeSean Jackson.

@paradise-found (4-1) vs @NiketheMutt (2-3)

@paradise-found has one of the most talented teams this year and his 4-1 record goes to show for it. After losing Week 1, he has ripped off four consecutive wins and he looks to extended his win streak to five games. In his way is @NiketheMutt, who is attempting to crash his party and start a winning streak. The running back duo of Kareem Hunt and Le'Veon Bell has been deadly this year and look for this to continue in Week 6 for @paradise-found. The duo is projected to score over 40 points this week after amassing 34 the week before. As the Chargers take on the Raiders, Philip Rivers gets his second start of the season for @paradise-found. Can Tom Brady save the day for @NiketheMutt or will the Jets defense stifle him? @NiketheMutt needs a big week from Christian McCaffrey as the Panthers take on a great run, but shaky pass defense in the Eagles. Look for McCaffrey to be a weapon out of the backfield for @NiketheMutt and the Panthers this week. If @NiketheMutt has any chance at pulling the upset this week, he needs Tom Brady and James White to have big games. Otherwise, @paradise-found will continue his winning streak.

Jupiter Explosion @breakthrough (3-2) vs @sevinwilson (4-1)

This is a big time matchup for these two teams. Can Jupiter Explosion @breakthrough get to 2 games above .500 or is he sitting at .500 next Tuesday? The metrics look towards the latter happening, but Jared Goff or Andre Ellington can turn it around in a heartbeat. Ellington has come off three straight games of impressive play catching out of the backfield for Jupiter Explosion @breakthrough and the Cardinals take on the Buccaneers, who are currently ranked 31st in the league in pass defense. With Amari Cooper being listed as Questionable for this week, Michael Crabtree is expected to get the majority of the targets for the Raiders and Jupiter Explosion @breakthrough. Todd Gurley had the worst week of the season last week as he only scored 5 points after scoring at least 20 points in the first four weeks of the season for @sevinwilson. If @sevinwilson gets similar production from Gurley, it will open up the door for Jupiter Explosion @breakthrough to pull out a win!
