Fried umbrellas.
Mushroom umbrellas fried in batter.
Ingredients:
- Fresh mushroom umbrellas
- Egg - 1 - 2 pcs.
- Flour 0.5 cups
- Oil refined for frying
- Salt to taste
Fresh Mushroom Umbrellas (all kinds of Macrolepiota genus), clean from dirt, rinse, separate legs (only hats are consumed), and scratch the dark scales with the knife from the surface of the caps.
Small hats are fried whole, large can be cut in two, very large - four times.
Eggs are shot down in a bowl, if desired, you can also pepper, in another flat dish to fill the flour, also slightly salting.
Before frying, roll the caps off from the two sides, first in the flour, then in the battered egg, and then fry until a rough peel appears on both sides.
